PE Group, the interiors contracting specialist, has expanded its nationwide service with the addition of Gerald Davies Decorators Ltd to the company portfolio.
Completed on 26 January, the acquisition means that PE Group can now also provide high-end decoration through its own team of employees - as opposed to sub-contracting - complementing the existing range of services to deliver a complete interiors package.
Trading for over 16 years, family-run Gerald Davies Decorators provides high quality decoration services to clients such as Principality Building Society, the NHS and major national main contractors.
On joining PE Group, Gerald Davies Decorators has been rebranded as GD Decorators and becomes part of a wider service offering that will support business growth and diversification.
The acquisition followed a series of projects where Gerald Davies Decorators sub-contracted for PE Contracts, providing the opportunity to explore potential synergies.
Through PE Contracts, PE Flooring and PE Screeding, PE Group specialises in providing high quality interiors packages to the commercial, retail, leisure, hospitality and construction sectors. Already delivering the full range of decoration services to the same sectors, GD Decorators will now work alongside the other group companies to offer clients a full turnkey package.
